
This week has been an interesting one for me. On Tuesday, I turned 38 (not thrilled). To celebrate, I took my daughter to the dentist for a checkup (it went over well). After that, my wife and I went to an ultrasound to check on the health of our twins (they are doing well). I spent my evening doing absolutely nothing (it was refreshing).
Today however, my father-in-law has surgery to remove cancer from his prostate. It’s a sobering reminder that not everything is fun on a daily basis. Many of you
have been affected by cancer, either directly or through family or friends. Luckily, they seemed to have caught it early and knock on wood it hasn’t spread. Good luck Al, I wish you a speedy recovery. Here are your flakes…
