Nicolas Jackson’s agent may not quite understand how transport works, but he seems quite adamant about not bringing his client back to London anytime soon. Diomansy Kamara has reposted a story on his Instagram with the caption “airplane doesn’t walk backwards”, following the reports that Chelsea have withdrawn our permission for Nico’s medical at Bayern and ordered him to return instead to cover for Liam Delap’s injury.
So much drama in the SW6!
Jackson had landed in Munich earlier in the day all set
to complete his loan move to Bayern, but as Bayern’s own director Max Eberl has pointed out, deals are only finalized when the ink has dried on the contract.
“Transfers are only finalized once the signatures are in place. [Jackson] is [here], and then we’ll see.
‘We’ll take a closer look at it after the game [against Augsburg today] and act accordingly. […] You negotiate, you reach an agreement, then comes the medical check, and extraordinary things still happen. I can’t say what’s going on now.“

Jackson’s plane may not walk backwards, or even fly backwards, but it can turn around and come back just fine.
Of course, if Jackson’s not amicable to doing it, is it really in our best interest to force him to do so?
