What is the story about?
The Guardians have reportedly acquired LHP Foster Griffin from the Washington Nationals.
Griffin is 31 years old and a free agent in 2027 with a 3.06 ERA and a 4.09 FIP with an 8.07/2.09 K/BB%. In his return from KBO he has gone 12-3 in 22 starts for Washington.
I wonder if this move puts Slade Cecconi or Joey Cantillo in the bullpen as a helpful reinforcement.
No word yet on who is going back to Washington from Cleveland but we will update as we hear
