Five-star running back Kemon Spell is back in action for McKeesport (PA) after a brief injury.
The Pennsylvania star scored three times in his return, amassing 120 rushing yards in the process. He’s both the No. 1 running back in his class and the No. 1 recruit out of the state. After his three-TD night, he was front and center at College GameDay in Happy Valley the next morning as part of his White Out visit.
Four-star wide receiver commit Davion Brown had both a receiving touchdown and a pick-six in Trinity’s (Richmond, VA) fifth win of the season.
His full highlights from the affair are available over on his Hudl page. Outside of the two splash plays, Brown had a few nice reeptions with yards after the catch and is involved in the run game via screens. Playing both sides of the ball can only help his ball skills at the next level. He is currently the No. 3 recruit in Penn State’s Class of 2026 and a top-25 wideout nationally.
Composite four-star TE Pierce Petersohn actually had a pretty impressive game at quarterback, throwing for what looked like five touchdowns in a 56-0 win for Triton (Dodge Center, MN).
He’s a multi-sport athlete (basketball) and has played as a defensive back a bit, too. If he does play tight end at Penn State, he might be a bit of a late bloomer a la Tyler Warren, but the athleticism is there. He’s currently rated as the No. 4 recruit in Minnesota by 247Sports.
Jaziel Hart scored two touchdowns and nearly had a third in North Cross’s (Roanoke, VA) blowout victory last week. He’s slated to play cornerback at the next level, but this is another situation where succeeding on both offense and defense can only help prepare you for college ball. Hart is currently a three-star recruit and is a top-20 prospect in the state of Virginia.
