The Kentucky Wildcats are on the board again, and this is a big one for the Big Blue Wall.
On Monday, Baylor Bears center Coleton Price committed to the Wildcats. He will have one year of eligibility remaining.
A 6-3, 318-pound native of Texas, Price was originally a 3-star prospect in the class of 2022 ranked 984th overall, 52nd among interior offensive linemen, and 144th in the state of Texas by 247 Sports Composite.
This time around, Price was a 3-star transfer portal prospect ranked 33rd overall
and first among interior offensive linemen by 247 Sports Composite. That speaks to how massive of a get this is for Will Stein and Co. as they look to replace every starting offensive line spot from last season.
Price first became the starting center in the second half of the 2023 season, then held that job for every game in the 2024 and 2025 seasons and was a preseason All-Big 12 selection this past season. He’ll be a strong candidate to be a preseason All-SEC pick heading into the 2026 season.
Kentucky will now look to find new starters for the other offensive line spots heading into next season.
