There are four games left on the Las Vegas Raiders’ schedule, so we’re officially into the last month of the 2025 season, with a Week 15 matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles upcoming. However, we’ll keep the Silver and Black Pride Pick’em competition going through the Super Bowl, giving us something to look forward to during the postseason.

Pete Carroll certainly angered the gambling
community last week, kicking a meaningless field goal in regard to the outcome of the game, but a significant one that allowed the Raiders to cover the spread. I bring that up because I have a hard time seeing the Eagles winning by two possessions.
Philadelphia is 2-5 since its bye in Week 9, including losing its last three contests. Also, the Eagles’ two wins were both by one score, and the team’s offense has struggled for the majority of the season. They’ve only had one multiple-possession win on the entire campaign, so while the Raiders are bad, the Silver and Black have a good chance to cover for the second week in a row.

We have no change among the writers standings this week, as a Bill and I went 9-5. Putting too much faith in the Dallas Cowboys and the Eagles will haunt me as that was the difference between me trailing by two games and tying Bill for first place. Meanwhile, Ray continues to slide after going 8-6. That puts him seven picks behind me for second, and he trails Bill by nearly double digits.
