Harry Kane is not slowing down.
After helping Bayern Munich dismantle Bodø/Glimt 5-0 at the Allianz Arena, Kane once again put his name alongside some of the greatest goalscorers in Champions League history. His goal in the emphatic victory means Kane has now scored in eight consecutive Champions League appearances, a feat achieved by only four players: Cristiano Ronaldo, who did it twice, Robert Lewandowski, who also accomplished it twice, Ruud van Nistelrooy, and now Kane.
That is elite company for
a player who continues to make an increasingly compelling case for the Ballon d’Or.
Kane scored Bayern Munich’s second goal in the victory, calmly finishing in the 61st minute after Jamal Musiala had opened the scoring. It was another reminder of what Kane brings to the biggest stage: consistency, composure, and an almost relentless ability to find the back of the net.
And that consistency is becoming impossible to overlook. Kane already holds the record for most Champions League goals by an English player, while his 14-goal campaign in 2025/26 was the highest single-season total ever recorded by an Englishman in the competition.
