Lamine Yamal trained separately from his Spain team-mates on Thursday as Luis de la Fuente’s side continued preparations for Sunday’s World Cup final against Argentina.
The Barcelona teenager was spotted limping after the semi-final win over France, although there’s been no announcement that he has an injury.
However, Yamal and Pedro Porro were both on the sidelines as Spain were put through their paces, with the Barcelona star also seen with strapping on his left thigh.
There’s no indication yet that Yamal will miss the big game against Lionel Messi and Co. but it seems that Spain are certainly being careful with the Barcelona star ahead of the showdown in New York.
Spain still have a couple of days to prepare for the game and do have an extra day’s rest over Argentina who booked their place in the final with victory over England on Wednesday.
