but they can become bowl eligible by winning out, so their fans should still be pretty jazzed.
TJ Lateef will make his second start against a much different defense than they faced in Los Angeles – two weeks ago, Penn State nearly stunned #2 Indiana. Rhule & Holgorsen swear he’ll be treated like any experienced starter, but that clearly wasn’t the case against UCLA where he was only given 21 touches. Do they risk more against the Nittaninnies or stay conservative in what could be a low-scoring affair?
And how about that -10 1/2 spread for PSU? Okay then, okay.
