It’s an annual tradition at Hogs Haven for writers and contributors to make season predictions between the end of preseason and Week 1 — and then we (usually) publish an article at the end of the season to laugh at ourselves for getting so many things wrong.
It’s also an annual tradition for HH readers to express regret in the comments section of the prediction article that they were unable to be included in the predictions.
New tradition
While the first tradition of staff predictions will continue when the yearly
article is published a few days prior to the Eagles game, I am bringing an end to the second tradition right now.

What you have to predict
If you want to do your homework before clicking on the link, you’ll be asked to predict:
- 8 division winners
- 6 wildcard teams
- AFC & NFC Champion
- Super Bowl Champion
- Washington’s regular season record
- Washington’s playoff finish
- Comeback Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, OROY, DROY, OPOY, DPOY, and League MVP
We’ll email your prediction to you
You’ll also be asked to provide your email address. Don’t worry, we won’t use it for anything other than identification for the purposes of this ‘contest’ AND to send a copy of your answers to you (automatically) via email so you’ll have a record of your predictions.
What if you make a mistake or change your mind?
Prior to submitting the form, you can go back and change any answer. If you actually submit your form and later decide that you should have made a different prediction, don’t worry! Just click on the link to the entry form and fill in a 2nd (or 3rd, or 4th). I will use the last form you submit, deleting all of your earlier attempts.
