WWE may as well have just announced Bron Breakker would be entering this year’s Money in the Bank ladder match.
He’s in the midst of an important story with Oba Femi, one where they’re arguing over who is the future of WWE, he got a major advantage at Sunday Night’s Main Event with the return of Bronson Reed, and they firmly established The Vision’s return to dominance at the open of this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. Why even bother going ahead with a qualifying match pitting Breakker against
Ethan Page and AAA General Manager Rey Mysterio?
I suppose it was possible Mysterio would find the fountain of youth or Page would get fast tracked but of course that’s not what happened. Instead, Breakker — who didn’t even need the help of his Vision stablemates, despite the fact that this was a triple threat match and there are no disqualifications — simply beat them both up and pinned Mysterio clean after a Spear.
He is now the first to qualify for the men’s match.
Qualifiers will continue as we build to the big event, which is scheduled for Sat., Oct. 10, 2026, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.
