This is how bad things have gotten for the Arizona Cardinals.
At 3-11, with three games remaining, they are at home against another miserable team, the Atlanta Falcons, and are home underdogs.
That’s right. The Cardinals opened as 1.5-point underdogs ahead of their last home game, a matchup where the Falcons at 5-9 are still favored per our friends at FanDuel Sportsbook.
This may be the low point of the season, as this should have been the last game of the season the Cardinals were favorites.
A home
game against an equally struggling team, but the Cardinals are more laughingstock than they are struggling team.
They just gave up 40 points for the fourth time this season. That is four times in the last six games they have given up 40 or more points.
They are averaging 19.2 points per game on offense (20.3 overall) their last six games, and giving up a staggering 36.2 points per game.
This is one of the biggest nightmare seasons I can remember as a fan, and the team doesn’t look like they are prepared or care, which are the biggest concerns for the franchise.
