fighters in the history of boxing with a win over a man who has yet to taste defeat. Indeed, Crawford, 37, has amassed a mint record (41-0) with 31 knockouts. Along the way, “Bud” has become the undisputed champion at both Welterweight and Light Welterweight, and now looks to become the only boxer in history to be undisputed in three divisions.
And his confidence is sky-high ahead of the toughest challenge of his career.
“Is there a fighter in the world that can beat Bud Crawford? I ain’t come across him yet,” said “Bud” during an interview on Netlfix’s Countdown special.“Everything happens for a reason. And I truly and firmly believe that I am in this position to become a three-time undisputed champion of the world.
“History will be made,” Crawford concluded. “I think a lot of people will be surprised on fight night.”
Also on the main card will be a co-main event bout between Dana White-backed fighter, Callum Walsh (14-0), who will face off against Fernando Vargas Jr. (17-0) in a Light Middleweight bout.
