The Titans have faced the toughest schedule in the NFL. That means the Titans will be at the back of the pack of whatever win number they finish at. That’s why it’s important each week for not only the teams with the same number of wins as the Titans to win, but the teams with one more win than them to win each week. The only result that really helped Tennessee in week 15 was the Saints beating the Panthers. Their win means the Titans could only drop to six with a win this week.
Before yesterday,
there was no worry of the Titans beating the Chiefs. Now, with Kansas City eliminated from playoff contention and Patrick Mahomes done for the year with a torn ACL, the Titans will have a chance. With all of that being said, Gardner Minshew is no stranger to beating the Titans.
