The Jets kept head coach Aaron Glenn for a second year after an ugly 3-14 opening campaign.
There were, however, extensive changes to the coaching staff. Both coordinators from 2025 along with several other high profile assistant coaches were let go.
Thus the coaching staff will have
a new look in 2026. This week in our SB Nation Reacts survey we ask which coach will make the biggest impact.
The Jets have new coordinators on both sides of the ball. They also have a new passing game coordinator, but I think popular defensive line coach Karl Dunbar is going to get a lot of consideration in this poll.
