Bayern Munich academy talent Arijon Ibrahimović is reportedly trending to be the next young forward to leave the club.
The 20-year-old has spent the season at FC Heidenheim and could follow in Paul Wanner’s footsteps by following his loan spell with a transfer exit, according to a report from German outlet Abendzeitung, as captured by @iMiaSanMia:
Arijon Ibrahimović is leaning towards leaving FC Bayern on a permanent transfer this summer, as he doesn’t see real prospects in Munich. Ibrahimović has
several offers from the Bundesliga and Serie A. Staying at Heidenheim is ruled out [@KilianKreit, @Abendzeitung]
Ibrahimović has only managed a handful of goals and assists this season but has been a regular starter for the club, which is facing relegation from the Bundesliga. He did provide a spark in the latest contest against his parent club, threatening Bayern repeatedly before producing a 76th-minute assist to Budu Zivzivadze that would have been the winner had the Bavarians not summoned their customary late game magic once again to salvage a draw in stoppage time.
As was the case last year, Bayern is well-equipped in attacking midfield and it is not surprising to see a young talent look to establish himself elsewhere.
