Chelsea Green and Ethan Page are the new mixed tag team champions in AAA.
The Canadian power duo came to
Monterrey, Mexico to challenge Mr. Iguana and La Hiedra for the AAA World Mixed Tag Team Championship at the TV taping on Sunday (Nov. 2, 2025). That’s not all the business at hand. There are three storylines weaving in and out.
Most important is the title match. The action had a comedy vibe. One such example was Hiedra dropkicking Page into the corner. As Hiedra teased a running butt attack, Page was all too eager to receive. Green showed anger at Page for losing focus on their goal of winning gold. Hiedra hit a drop toehold so send Green’s skull smashing Page’s groin.
A love story was also in the mix. Mr. Iguana is torn between two women. On one hand, he is partners with Hiedra. On the other hand, Lola Vice’s sweet seduction has caught his eye. Prior to the bout, Iguana shoved Lola into the locker room to hide her from Hiedra. Lola overhead all the trash talk and slammed the door in Iguana’s face. Even though this clip is in Spanish, the expressions provide comedy to get the gist of the joke.
Lola was ringside on commentary for the the mixed tag title bout. During introductions, Lola flirted with Iguana by caressing La Yezka. Hiedra slapped Iguana upside the head. On the finish, Page threw Yezka out of the ring into the arms of Lola. She ran over to Iguana in the ropes. Hiedra grabbed Lola’s hair. Green took advantage of the situation to roll up Hiedra from behind for the win.
After the match, Hierda had enough of that estupido. She put the blame on Iguana and slapped the taste out of his mouth. Lola consoled Iguana in her arms. Iguana smiled to the camera and faked the pain as Lola hugged him.

The third story involves Page’s thirst for more gold. His beef with Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. is not over. Page wants to take Wagner’s AAA Latin American Championship. Later in the show, All Ego attacked Wagner and cut a promo to set up the title challenge at Guerra de Titanes on December 20 in Guadalajara, Mexico.
