The winless Tennessee Titans (0-5) will play another division game versus the Indianapolis Colts (2-3) in Week 6. They haven’t won an AFC South game in a long time. Robert Saleh’s squad is desperately searching for its first victory while this fanbase continues to lose rooting interest.
The rebuilding Titans are in full-blown evaluation mode. Continuing to evaluate the young talents on this roster has become the most important must-achieve in yet another wasted campaign. We’ve identified three young Titans who
are most worth analyzing versus the Colts in Week 6.
QB Cam Ward
Titans QB Cam Ward was a mixed bag versus the Houston Texans. He received little support from his teammates, with the offensive line and skill players making constant mistakes, including a Tyjae Spears fumble and several dropped passes. Ward also made a few off-script plays, but was occasionally indecisive while bailing clean pockets. The Titans need to continue evaluating their young quarterback before making any rash decisions about his future.
WR Carnell Tate
Rookie wide receiver Carnell Tate failed to build on his breakout performance. After registering nine receptions on 12 targets for 145 yards versus the Baltimore Ravens in Week 4, he had just one catch for six yards against the Texans. It’s criminal that Tate only had five targets, but Texans CB Derek Stingley Jr. did a great job eliminating him. The Titans need to pepper their fourth overall pick with targets in this Colts game.
LB Anthony Hill Jr.
Rookie linebacker Anthony Hill Jr. has arguably written the most positive story of this miserable 2026 Titans season. The former Texas Longhorns standout has posted a team-high 47 tackles. In fact, Hill ranks sixth in the entire NFL in tackles. He’s displaying a sideline-to-sideline skill set and is currently thriving in Robert Saleh’s defense. He’s also been great as a coverage defender.
