A terrible scenario just crossed my mind, and it’s that PSG will beat us in the champions league on their way to their 3rd CL trophy. Effectively signing their name in prestige. A realm that Manchester City has desperately sought to enter with the many fixtures they played against us, many exhausting fixtures.
And even risking 115 counts of financial doping to do so. Right now, football is looking for David to bring down goliath (PSG). I would caution not to see us as David because we’re Real Madrid and we’re EXPECTED to win. David wasn’t. In fact, it’s better somebody else brings them down. Call it pride, but they shouldn’t get to face us so easily and so quickly. I think it’s bad for football if the most prestigious clubs can be easily paired against. It takes away meritocracy, allure and other things for revenue sakes.

I’m not going to talk about that player because it’s in Mourinho’s hands now. That red card might’ve saved our stock market/SEASON from crashing hard. Ironically in the same month where everything changed for us last season.
