The Pittsburgh Steelers are getting set to wrap up the preseason on Thursday when they take on the Carolina Panthers. Thus far through exhibition play, the Steelers haven’t played many starters, and none of the big-named star players have taken the field yet. However, that’s about to change.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, head coach Mike Tomlin revealed that only four players will 100 percent not play – Cam Heyward, T.J. Watt, Aaron Rodgers, and DK Metcalf. All other players will prepare to play,
meaning that cornerback Jalen Ramsey will be making his Steelers debut.
This also means Darius Slay will be on the field, as well, meaning the new cornerback duo will get their first work against another team in front of fans.
