As much as we know Juventus will come out of the September international break with one of the biggest fixtures of the 2025-26 season, just a few days later another big-time matchup will take place: the Bianconeri’s Champions League league phase opener.
We’re going to soon find out who that is going to be against, as well as the further seven fixtures in the UCL league phase when the draw takes place in Monaco this evening.
The draw begins at 6 p.m. local time in the principality and across much of
Europe. In the United States, it is scheduled to begin at 12 p.m. Eastern time and 9 a.m. Pacific. Of course, there will be the usual preamble and protocol explanations with awards sprinkled in, so it’s not like the draw will happen right away.
(Which you probably knew already.)
You will be able to stream the draw on UEFA’s website. In the United States, you will be able to watch the draw live on Paramount+. Other viewing options based on your respective location can be found here.
With the final qualifying matchups being completed on Wednesday night, we now have a complete picture of what the four pots will look like once the draw gets underway. As a reminder, Juventus will play eight games in the league phase, with two fixtures against two clubs from each pot. Teams from the same country can’t play one another, meaning Juventus won’t be seeing Napoli, Inter Milan or Atalanta in the league phase.
The four pots are as follows:
Pot 1
Paris Saint-Germain, Real Madrid, Manchester City, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Inter Milan, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona
Pot 2
Arsenal, Bayer Leverkusen, Atletico Madrid, Benfica, Atalanta, Villarreal, Juventus, Eintracht Frankfurt, Club Brugge
Pot 3
Tottenham, PSV Eindhoven, Ajax, Napoli, Sporting Lisbon, Olympiacos, Slavia Prague, Bodo/Glimt, Marseille
Pot 4
Copenhagen, Monaco, Galatasaray, Qarabag, Union Saint-Gilloise, Athletic Club, Pafos, Kairat, Newcastle
