The Cleveland Browns will close their era on the shores of Lake Erie following the conclusion of the 2028 season and then head to the suburb of Brook Park to play in their new stadium in 2029.
But fans won’t have to wait three more years to see what the team has in store for them after the franchise opened the Browns Experience Center on Monday in Berea.
And just what is the Experience Center, you may be wondering? It is the team’s new sales center that, according to a team press release, provides
an “early, tangible preview” of the new Huntington Bank Field, including:
- A large-scale model of the stadium with a direct view of the seating bowl.
- A “Browns Tunnel” that pays homage to the team’s history and its fans.
- Seats from the new stadium that can be sat in.
- The “Immersive Cube,” a 270-degree digital environment that the team says is the widest installation of its kind in the country.
It is all part of the team’s plan to get fans excited to experience a modern stadium for the first time in franchise history, one that is designed with them in mind, according to Haslam Sports Group managing partners Whitney Haslam Johnson and JW Johnson:
“This space gives our fans a first look at what’s ahead, a stadium built around them, their traditions and their passion for this team. We can’t wait for fans and partners to walk through and feel that excitement for themselves. From the stadium model to The Immersive Cube, we want our fans to feel like they are truly part of the fabric of the new Huntington Bank Field, long before the stadium ever opens.”
While the team is embracing its fans with the Experience Center, they won’t let just anyone into it at first.
According to cleveland.com, visits will be by appointment only as the club targets potential customers for sales of the suites and club seats.
Sales of personal seat licenses will begin in mid-September, with current ticketholders and others invited to tour the space for their “own curated journey, Rubin Wright of New York-based Legends Global told cleveland.com.
