– The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fell to the Buffalo Bills by a final score of 44-32 and are now 6-4 on the season. The Buccaneers remain in sole possession of first place in the NFC South division.
– The Buccaneers
rushed for a season high 202 yards – their most since posting that same total in the Week 17 win over the Carolina Panthers in 2024. The team’s +105 rushing margin was also its best since Week 17 of the 2024 season. In the first half alone, Tampa Bay tallied 136 rushing yards, which marked the Buccaneers’ most in an opening half since 10/23/16 at San Francisco (143).
– Sean Tucker led the way offensively, contributing 106 rushing yards on 19 carries (5.6 avg.), with two rushing touchdowns. His 106 rushing yards were his second-most in any single game of his career (136 at New Orleans, 10/13/24).
– Tucker amassed 140 total yards from scrimmage, the second-most in any single game of his career, behind only his 192-yard outburst at New Orleans (10/13/24). Through the air, Tucker finished with two receptions for 34 yards, including a 28-yard touchdown reception.
– Sunday marked the first game of Tucker’s career with multiple rushing touchdowns, his first career three-touchdown performance and his second career 100-yard rushing performance.
– Rachaad White added 51 yards rushing on 10 carries (5.1 avg.), while making two receptions for 11 yards.
– Baker Mayfield completed 16-of-28 passes for 173 yards and one touchdown. He added a rushing touchdown and averaged 7.8 yards per rush on Sunday, taking five carries for 39 yards.
– Mayfield has rushed 14 times this season on third down. 12 have gone for first downs, including three on Sunday (85.7% success rate). That is the highest first down rush percentage on third down attempts among all QBs (min. 10 attempts). Mayfield’s 197 rushing yards this season are the second-most of any season in his career, trailing only 2024 (378).
– Sterling Shepard recorded a team-high 54 yards on four receptions – his second-most receiving yards in a game this season (80 vs. New York Jets, 9/21/25).
– Emeka Egbuka pitched in five receptions for 40 yards, extending his season totals to 45 receptions for 717 yards and six touchdowns.
– With three takeaways today, Tampa Bay now has six games this season in which they’ve recorded multiple takeaways — tied with the Chicago Bears for the most-such games in the NFL this season through Sunday’s 1 p.m. games.
– Jacob Parrish picked off a Josh Allen pass to secure his first career interception. He is the only rookie this season with multiple sacks and an interception through Sunday’s 1 p.m. games.
– With two tackles for loss on Sunday, Parrish now has seven on the season, which are the second-most by any NFL defensive back in 2025. His seven tackles for loss are also tied for the most among all rookies at any position.
– Parrish is the first rookie defensive back since Devon Witherspoon in 2023 with seven-or-more tackles for loss, multiple sacks and an interception in a season.
– SirVocea Dennis also recorded his first career interception, while contributing four tackles.
– Tykee Smith had multiple passes defensed for the third time this season, including a tipped ball that was intercepted by Dennis. Smith’s 11 passes defensed on the year are tied for the third-most in the NFL through Sunday’s 1 p.m. games.
– Smith is the first defensive back since 2023 with 75+ tackles, 10+ passes defensed, multiple sacks and at least one interception in a single season (Kyle Hamilton, Antoine Winfield Jr., Devon Witherspoon). He’s the first defensive back since Landon Collins in 2016 to record these statistics in the first 11 weeks of a season.
– Lavonte David forced a fumble on Bills RB Ty Johnson, recording the 32nd forced fumble of his career. His 32 forced fumbles are the third-most among active players, trailing only Khalil Mack (34) and T.J. Watt (35).
– On special teams, CB Josh Hayes forced a fumble that was recovered by WR Ryan Miller and led to Tampa Bay’s first touchdown of the second half.
– Chase McLaughlin went 2-for-2 on field goal attempts and has 80 points scored this season –tied for the fourth-most among all kickers through Sunday’s 1 p.m. games. His 20 field goals made are also tied for the fourth-most in the NFL.
– Riley Dixon pinned 3-of-4 punts on the day inside the 20-yard line. He has 17 punts downed inside the 20-yard line this season – tied for the second-most in the NFL through Sunday’s 1 p.m. games.
