The Pittsburgh Steelers (4-1) didn’t just solidify their place atop the AFC North with their win on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, they moved past the Buffalo Bills for second place in the entire conference. Buffalo can retake the silver-medal position on Monday night with a win, but for 24 hours or so, the Steelers sit in second behind the Indianapolis Colts.

The Indianapolis Colts won to stay in first place in the conference with a 5-1 record.
The 4-1 Bills lead the AFC East. They play Monday
night.
The Los Angeles Chargers lead the AFC West thanks to their victories over the Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos. They defeated the Miami Dolphins on Sunday to get to 4-2, a half-game behind Pittsburgh.
The other 4-2 teams aren’t just a half-game back of the Steelers, they are all in a playoff spot as of this writing. The Denver Broncos stayed in playoff position with a close victory over the winless New York Jets. Despite their loss, the Jacksonville Jaguars stick in the wild card spot alongside the New England Patriots.
The 3-3 Kansas City Chiefs are the first team out as of right now despite their win on Sunday night.
