With EA Sports revealing that Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams as the cover athlete for Madden NFL 27, the rising star appeared at the EA Sports Opening Drive event. During the event, Williams was asked to share who he believes the greatest quarterback of all time is.
“[Tom] Brady,” Williams said via Heavy “When you go seven Super Bowls…there’s not anybody close. And so it gets hard to debate that. I put Brady as number one, and for me, Aaron Rodgers is probably number two.”
It’s hard to keep
Rodgers out of the top 10 of quarterbacks, and many have him in their personal top five. He currently sits fifth all-time in passing yards and fourth in touchdown passes. While it’s unlikely that Rodgers will catch Brett Favre for fourth place in yards, he sits just 12 touchdowns behind Peyton Manning for third all-time.
