This week has seen headlines emerge about a pending free agent on the Dallas Cowboys roster in George Pickens, but the Cowboys have a handful of decisions to make that are a fairly big deal.
Say that sentence to a fan and note that Pickens is an obvious thing to figure out then the discussions usually turn to kicker Brandon Aubrey. It feels like running back Javonte Williams is third on most people’s priority list in terms of things to take care of this offseason which leads us to today’s discussion prompt.
Should the Cowboys bring back Javonte Williams?
It goes without saying that the price to do so matters here. The Cowboys would be wise to approach the running back position in general, especially a player who is older for its standards, with some caution. But Williams was certainly very impressive last year.
