We’ve got some Friday night football! Borussia Dortmund will look to close the gap to the top of the table to just three points with a win against Mainz tonight, piling as much pressure on Bayern Munich as possible in the process. Mainz won’t go quietly, though. Die Nullfünfer have been in great form recently, winning four of their last five games to climb out of the relegation zone. BVB can’t afford to slip up tonight.
I’m going to be watching the game at my favorite taproom in South London. They
are well stocked with some of the dankest tinnies money can buy (lots of money), and they have a little screen in the corner that will have the game on. Where are you going to be watching the game from tonight?
When: 2:30 PM EST
Where: Westfalenstadion, Dortmund, Germany
How: ESPN Select (US), BBC iPlayer (UK), RTL & Sky Sport Bundesliga 1 (Germany). Everywhere else here.
Here are the rules:
- Exercise common sense. We allow profanity, adult humor, and other forms of crudeness within reason, but of course there are lines. Hateful language will not be tolerated. Exceptionally violent language (especially directed at specific people) will not be tolerated. Before you type, ask yourself, “Would I have a reasonable expectation of being thrown out of a bar in an average city if I said something like this?”
- Be respectful. There will definitely be times when everyone is upset and disagreements get heated, and that’s fine, but remember that we’re all rooting for the same team. Keep arguments based on substance and not personal insults.
- No sharing illegal streams. NONE. Zero tolerance.
- No spam. I have no interest in whatever crypto scheme you’re shilling. You will be banned.
