The Golden State Warriors wrap up their second back-to-back of the season with Tuesday night’s matchup against the Los Angeles Clippers. The game will be played at 8:00 PM PT in San Francisco and can be watched
on NBC Sports Bay Area, NBC, and Peacock.
Previously with the Warriors:
The Warriors bounced back nicely from their first loss of the season by beating the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night, 131-118. Golden State’s young core stole the show as Brandin Podziemski finished with 23 points and six assists, Jonathan Kuminga added 25 points and 10 rebounds, and Moses Moody chipped in 20 points on 5-of-7 shooting from beyond the arc.
After the game, head coach Steve Kerr praised the group, noting it was one of the few times all three young players delivered strong performances in the same game.
What to watch for tonight:
Despite it being early in the season, Tuesday’s matchup between the Warriors and Clippers carries extra weight. The Clippers have defeated Golden State seven straight times, including a season sweep last year that ultimately forced the Warriors into the Play-In Tournament.
With a clean slate this season, Golden State will look to finally end that losing streak. Fortunately, they should have their full roster available, including veteran big man Al Horford, who returns after resting the past two games.
