AEW rolled into Bert Ogden Arena in Edinburg, Texas, for yesterday’s episode of Dynamite, where they also taped this Saturday’s (Nov. 1) episode of Collision.
AEW has advertised multiple matches for the
card on Saturday night. Let’s see how the results panned out, courtesy of spoilers from PW Insider, Fightful, and Wrestling Observer Radio.
- Marina Shafir & Megan Bayne defeated Nixon Newell (fka WWE star Tegan Nox) & Miranda Alize. Insider says this was an AEW women’s world tag team championship tournament match, but the other two outlets don’t indicate that’s the case.
- Bang Bang Gang (Ace Austin, Juice Robinson & Austin Gunn) picked up a win over Johnny TV and MxM Collection.
- Konosuke Takeshita & Kazuchika Okada defeated Anthony Bowens and Max Caster. Neither team got along.
- Mercedes Mone retained the CMLL women’s world title with a win over Olympia. AEW Women’s World Champion Kris Statlander was on commentary for this bout.
- Komander, Mark Briscoe & Roderick Strong defeated LFI (Sammy Guevara, Dralistico & The Beast Mortos).
- Bandido defeated Mascara Dorada to retain the ROH world championship in what was said to be “a match not to miss.” It was also described as “by far the best match” of the Dynamite/Collision taping.
