Barcelona’s salary cap has risen by almost €150 million from a limit of €432.807m to €582.769m following the close of the summer transfer window.
A new update from La Liga has been issued and shows the maximum amount that each club can spend during the current season on players and coaching staff.
Real Madrid are still top of the list and have seen their limit rise from €761m to €832m. Atletico Madrid are in third place on the list with a cap of €361.287.
The update shows that it’s another big increase for Barcelona. The Catalan giants saw their limit rise by €81m to €432.8 million after the close of the January transfer window and it’s now gone up again.
The numbers come after a busy summer in the transfer window at Camp Nou. The Catalans offloaded some big earners but also managed to bring in Karim Adeyemi, Anthony Gordon, Joao Cancelo, Gabriel Jesus, Rodri and Jesse Bisiwu.
