Today, Angel City FC have announced that they have transferred forward Casey Phair to Feyenoord Rotterdam of the Eredivisie Vrouwen (the Netherlands) for an undisclosed fee.
“We thank Casey for her contributions to Angel City and hope this isn’t the last time she represents our club,” said ACFC Sporting Director Mark Parsons. “She is a promising talent with an opportunity to play maximum minutes ahead of next summer’s World Cup, and we fully support this next step in her career. We wish Casey all
the best and have full confidence in her future success.”
Initially, Phair, 19, joined ACFC in January 2024 through the NWSL U-18 Entry Mechanism. She became the youngest player signed in club history at just 16 years old.
Since signing with the club, she has earned 13 appearances (one start). In 2025, she spent the second half of the season on loan with Djurgårdens IF of the Damallsvenskan in Sweden.
Internationally, Phair became the youngest player to debut at the FIFA World Cup in 2023. She was also the first Korean American called to the South Korean Women’s National Team.
