UFC Featherweight Champion Alexander Volkanovski will (finally) defend his division title against undefeated 145-pound contender Movsar Evloev in the upcoming UFC 333 main event, recently made official for Sat., Oct. 24, 2026, inside Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In the co-main event, Bantamweight Champion Petr Yan will complete his trilogy
against former 135-pound titleholder Merab Dvalishvili.All four combatants will be on hand for the UFC 333 pre-fight press conference, hosted
by UFC CEO Dana White, streaming LIVE at 7 p.m. ET in the embedded video above.
“Evloev himself knows that the fight will not be easy, that Volkanovski is a tough opponent for anyone,” UFC welterweight champion Islam Makhachev told Ushatayka. “But I think Movsar will cope with his youth. Volkanovski already, to be honest, not at that peak he had a couple of years ago. Although, he is still one of the best fighters. I think it’ll be a very competitive fight, but Movsar I hope will get his result.”
