Good morning. The Chicago Bears are on a four-game winning streak.
As always, there are questions surrounding how this team got there and how they can keep it going, but the wins in the win column over
the last four weeks have spoken for themselves.
This time, the Bears, who have won behind stopping the run and running the ball very effectively themselves the last two weeks, take on the Lamar Jackson-less Baltimore Ravens, who might be in a little hot water with the Edgar Allen Poe shenanigans they may or may not have tried to pull with the injury report.
We here at the WCG Sunday Livestream appreciate a little creativity with word usage once in a while and have our own snafus with writing up a schedule, so I can certainly express a little solidarity when a team misspells “Limited” as “Full” and “Questionable” as “Out,” it happens to the best of us.
That won’t dominate the two-hour show we’ll do today. It’ll just be me, but we have a lot to get into regarding Caleb Williams’ step backwards, the suddenly-resurgent run game, and Ben Johnson’s effect on this team so far.
Of course, if you want to contribute to the show, here’s how you do that:
- Here, in the comments of this post. Look down. Start writing.
- Over on the Twitch channel itself.
- Through our social media channels: Twitter (@WCGridiron, @SamHouseholder, @2ndCityGridiron) and BlueSky (@sjsillini.bsky.social, @samhouseholder.bsky.social, @wiltfongjr.bsky.social, @2ndCityGridiron.bsky.social)
We’ll be live at 9:30 AM CT. See you then!
