Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Seahawks fans and fans across the country.
Welcome to another Seahawks Reacts survey! It’s San Francisco 49ers week! The last two times the Seahawks and 49ers have faced off, the Seahawks have scored 54 points while the Niners have put up… 9. Nine. Nueve. Neuf. Three field goals is all they could muster up. The last touchdown they scored against the Seahawks was, well, we don’t
like to talk about that. It’s Jake Tonges’ finest moment and one of Riq Woolen’s worst. Riq is on another team and Tonges is on IR.
Our main question of the week is how many offensive touchdowns the 49ers will score on Sunday. I stress offensive touchdowns because if the 49ers score on a pick-six or a special teams touchdown, that shouldn’t fall on The Dark Side defense. Over the past three games, Seattle has only allowed two offensive TDs to San Francisco. In 2024, the pre-Ernest Jones (and no Byron Murphy II) defense was shredded for four TDs and 36 points, but in the rematch in Santa Clara, the 49ers only put up two TDs in a dramatic last-minute Seahawks win. In Mike Macdonald’s brief time as Seahawks coach, he’s limited the 49ers offense more often than not. Can he do it again?
The other question is the confidence survey, which you’ve done a million times before and know what the voting options are. If you don’t vote then that just means the n is smaller for me to draw data from.
How many touchdowns will the Niners score?
Are you confident in the Seahawks?
