Ex-Spurs scout thinks Kane is ready for Tottenham return (Tottenham Hotspur News)
The speculation continues to mount that Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane will be looking to leave the team after this season to return to England.
Former Spurs scout Bryan King thinks that scenario is likely to play out.
“Without doubt (he’d be open to a return),” King said. “He’s still a very respected name at Tottenham with supporters and people at the club, and he’s already repaid the money to Bayern Munich in shirt sales, media interest and sponsorships. I’m sure Spurs would get at least a year
or two out of him, given the way that he’s kept himself. They could even pick the games for him to feature in if needs be. His business is in the box, and he does it very well.”
Kane, whose contract expires in 2027, has won that elusive first trophy, so the burden of being trophyless is off his shoulders. However, from a Bayern Munich perspective, the loss of Kane would be massive and make it incredibly hard to find a quality replacement.
It is a problem…but it is just a matter of time —2026 or 2027? — before it is a reality for Bayern Munich.
Vlahović to Inter? (ESPN)
Inter Milan could be posed to make a move for Juventus striker Dušan Vlahović, who will be a free agent next summer:
Inter Milan are considering moving for Dusan Vlahovic when the striker leaves Juventus as a free agent at the end of the season, Calciomercato reports. Vlahovic’s time in Turin looks set to go no further than next summer, when he is out of contract with little prospect of a new deal on reduced terms being accepted. The Serbia international could have left in the last transfer window, but was unwilling to accept a drop in his €12 million salary. There is now a resignation that Vlahovic, 25, will depart when his contract ends, but Inter’s interest isn’t concrete yet due to the financial demands and the club’s hopes for young forward Francesco Esposito.

Alonso might want Stiller (ESPN)
Real Madrid boss Xabi Alonso is well-acquainted with the Bundesliga and its players, so it is no shock that the coach is being linked to making a push for VfB Stuttgart midfielder and former Bayern Munich prospect Angelo Stiller:
Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso continues to monitor VfB Stuttgart midfielder Angelo Stiller as a potential signing for the summer of 2026, reports Diario Sport. Even so, the Bundesliga club won’t make it easy to sign the 24-year-old, especially because he has a contract that runs until 2028 and a €45 million valuation. Stiller is also the topic of interest from Bayern Munich, and Los Blancos’ attempts to sign the Germany international could be complicated further if Premier League clubs start to look at him.

Rummenigge says coach is paramount to success at Bayern (Welt am Sonntag via @iMiaSanMia)
Bayern Munich legend Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has a core belief — the coach is the most important person in the club.
“Pep said: ‘It’s not the result that determines quality, but quality that determines the result.’ – FC Bayern’s most important employee is the coach. The players achieve the result on the pitch at the weekend, which he has them work on from Monday to Friday,” said Rummenigge.
Back in the Brazzo/Flick War, it is interesting that Rummenigge was considered to be #TeamFlick.
Jackson idolized Ronaldo (Tuttosport via @iMiaSanMia)
Bayern Munich attacker was recently interviewed by Tuttosport and his favorite player is not really going to surprise you:
Which player inspired you the most, your absolute idol?
Jackson: “When I was young my idol was Cristiano Ronaldo.”
Sadio Mané, perhaps the greatest Senegalese footballer in history, also played for Bayern in the 2022-23 season, after six years at Liverpool. Did you speak to him? Did you ask him for advice?
Jackson: “Yes, of course. Sadio is not only a legend for Senegal, but also someone I admire greatly. He opened so many doors for us. We exchanged a few texts when we were discussing my transfer. He gave me his full support and told me that Bayern is a big family, with a winning culture. His advice was simple but effective: ‘Work hard, stay humble, and be yourself.’ – Coming from him, that means a lot.”
