The Los Angeles Rams have one of the most talented rosters in the NFL, but which player or players are the most important? Who can Sean McVay not afford to lose?
We think we know the answer for number one, if not for 1-2-3-4, but don’t be so sure. The only way to guarantee your answers is to vote in the Tournament of Ram-pions bracket.
After a first round of voting, we have 8 players left on offense and 8 players left on defense. Vote in the next 2 rounds and then we’ll combine the top 4 players from
offense and the top 4 left on defense to form the Elite Eight. This round has two fascinating matchups…and two others.
(4) Davante Adams vs (5) Kyren Williams
This is immediately one of the most fascinating matchups of the entire tournament, both now and in the future. Will the majority of fans side with a receiver who has been called “the best in the NFL” in the past and led the league in touchdown catches in 2025, or the running back who is often on “most underrated” lists and has averaged over 1,200 rushing yards and 12 touchdowns over the past three seasons?
I’m excited to see who wins this matchup.
(3) Kevin Dotson vs (6) Steve Avila
This matchup could be even close than the first one.
(1) Matthew Stafford vs (10) Warren McClendon
Shoud out to Warren McClendon for making it this far. He wasn’t even a starter last season until Rob Havenstein got hurt.
(2) Puka Nacua vs (9) Colby Parkinson
Same goes for Parkinson, a free agency disaster in 2024, turned into a welcome surprise in 2025. All signs point to Parkinson as a Week 1 starter, barring an outstanding camp from Terrance Ferguson or Max Klare.
We know which 2 players here will advance to the next round, and we think they’ll end up being the last two remaining on offense, but you can’t know until you vote and read the next article in the series.
I’ll post some questions about these players in the comments below.
