In the eyes of Las Vegas Raiders’ fans, the team dodged a problem when Von Miller signed with the Dallas Cowboys earlier this month.
Thus summer, the future Pro Football Hall of Fame pass-rusher mentioned signing with the Las Vegas Raiders as a potential reality while discussing potential fits for him on a podcast that included his friend, Raiders’ pass-rush star Maxx Crosby.
However, many Las Vegas fans did’t think it’s a great idea. Miller mentioned multiple teams and the sense of his tone was that
he is open to playing for several franchises. Yet, he made it clear he would be interested in signing with las Vegas and Crosby was on board.
But we asked our readers if they would be in favor of it and most don’t like the idea. I agree.
Miller is 37 and likely doesn’t have much time remaining in his career. The Raiders don’t have a pressing need at pass-rusher and signing Miller would take away snaps from younger players on a rebuilding team. Let him have fun in Dallas.
