Losene Keita finally lived up to his billing earlier today (Sept. 5, 2026) at UFC Paris LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Accor Arena in Paris, France, as the former Oktagon MMA champion turned in a walk-off knockout stoppage over featherweight Muhammad Naimov and then scaled the cage to cheer himself on from the crowd.
Despite losing his UFC debut to Nathanial Wood last March, Keita was still a large betting favorite entering this weekend’s return to France. That’s because Keita was 16-1 prior to stepping
inside of the Octagon and his only loss came by way of injury. His performance against Wood was fairly disappointing, but Saturday’s sophomore appearance showed just how good Keita can be.
Naimov, who was coming off a brutal knockout loss to Mairon Santos his last time out, didn’t stand much of a chance in this fight. His striking is nowhere near the level of Keita and he wasn’t quick enough to close the gap and try to bring this fight to the canvas. This allowed Keita to operate at full force, which eventually led to a nasty right hand that left Naimov out cold. Keita then scaled the fence to sit down in a chair cageside and cheer his own victory on.
