Set your clocks. 4:30pm this Saturday, UW takes on USC in the Coliseum. Both fan bases are ready to launch their head coaches into the sun, so it should be a tense atmosphere.

Explains a lot. The Huskies are replacing multiple guys (LT, RB, WR, CB) currently on NFL rosters with true freshmen, or if they are lucky, a second year player.

Fisch says WR Christian Moss could potentially make it back for the final two games of the season, despite recently have surgery to repair damage in his quad.

Woof is right. Not getting it done against a below average strength of schedule, which is only getting harder. Yeesh.

I think the jury is still out on Penix and his ability to be a long term franchise QB (if for no other reason than his injury history), but he’s off to a good start:
