MMA Fighting has CJI 2 results for the Jones vs. Sonnen fight card and more from the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nev., on Sunday evening.
The second night of the two-day competition will feature a superfight between Craig Jones, the host of the event who may retire after the match, and former UFC star Chael Sonnen. Sonnen was a short-notice replacement after Gable Steveson recently pulled out of the fight with a turf toe.
The team final, which the winners will get $1 million, and the women’s
final, which the winner will get $100,000, will also happen on a busy night of matches.
CJI 2 will take place on Aug. 31 at 8:30 p.m. ET and can be watched up top.
