According to a report from Sport Bild (as captured by @iMiaSanMia), Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl has made contact with the representatives for Borussia Dortmund star midfielder and Germany international Felix Nmecha:
Max Eberl has recently contacted Felix Nmecha’s representatives to express Bayern’s interest. Manchester City, Manchester United, and Liverpool have all inquired about Nmecha. Real Madrid also has him on their radar. Nmecha has a €80m release clause in his contract,
valid in 2027. A year later, in 2028, it would be around €70m. For this summer, the price is negotiable.
Per the report, it will take nine figures to get Nmecha this summer, but Bayern Munich might not even truly be in the market for such a move despite recent rumors linking the club to Tottenham Hotspur’s Lucas Bergvall and Anderlecht’s Nathan De Cat, along with its previous pursuit of Kennet Eichhorn:
Dortmund don’t want to sell, but would consider offers in excess of €100m. Bayern are actually unlikely to sign a high caliber midfielder this summer, but Nmecha remains on their list.
With Joshua Kimmich, Aleksandar Pavlović, and Tom Bischof in tow — plus Konrad Laimer as a potential option as well — Bayern Munich could conceivably go without a summer acquisition, but that would seem slightly risky heading into 2026/27.
