The 2025 college football regular season is quickly coming to a close. This weekend’s slate will get us one step closer to bowl season as rankings start to solidify. Draft hopefuls’ time to impress scouts
and coaching staffs is dwindling, but these guys are players that I do not expect to slow down anytime soon.
Olaivavega Ioane
Although Penn State is having a down year as a team, Ioane continues to show he’s one of the top interior offensive linemen across the country. The 6’4”, 330lbs. giant would be a “huge” addition to any NFL group. He faces a stiff challenge this week against a top-five Indiana team visiting Beaver Stadium.
Chandler Rivers
Duke’s Chandler Rivers is an undersized cornerback with exceptional ball skills that would make him a valuable get in the mid-rounds of the upcoming NFL Draft. Even south of six feet tall, Rivers plays well above his height. He already has seven pass deflections on the year to go with an interception.
Dante Moore
Oregon’s Dante Moore has played at a high level this college football season. His performance has led the Ducks to a 7-1 record thus far, which they will take into a matchup against the Iowa Hawkeyes this weekend. Moore has a near 5:1 TD-INT ratio while passing for just shy of 1,800 yards. He continues to be one of the top QB prospects for the NFL’s class of 2026.
What are some other names you’re keeping an eye on throughout the back half of the season? Are there any players in particular that you’re hoping to see in a Saints’ uniform in 2026? Let us hear it in the comments!
