Matchroom Boxing have announced official dates and venues for their first four shows of 2026, starting with Raymond Muratalla defending his IBF lightweight title against Andy Cruz on January 24, and ending with the highly-anticipated
super featherweight unification between Emanuel “Vaquero” Navarrete and Eduardo “Sugar” Nunez on February 28.
The main events:
- Muratalla (23-0, 17 KO) and Cruz (6-0, 3 KO) will meet on January 24 in Las Vegas at the Fontainebleau.
- Bakhram Murtazaliev (23-0, 17 KO) defends his IBF super welterweight title against former Olympian Josh Kelly (17-1-1, 9 KO) on January 31 in Newcastle, England.
- Leigh Wood (28-4, 17 KO) and Josh Warrington (32-4-1, 8 KO) will face off in a super featherweight rematch on February 21 in Nottingham, England. The first fight between the two came in October 2023 in Sheffield, with Wood stopping Warrington in the seventh round.
- Navarrete (39-2-1, 32 KO) and Nunez (29-1, 27 KO) will unify the WBO and IBF super featherweight titles on February 28 in Glendale, Arizona.
