Some game that was from Michael Olise, huh? The Frenchman had been off to a relatively quiet start this season for Bayern Munich, by his own astronomical standards. He made up for that and then some with a galactic performance against SC Freiburg on Saturday — helping Bayern storm back from a 0-2 deficit to a stunning 6-2 win at the Allianz.
Of course, wins are not surprising for the Bavarians but the scoreline still catches the eye. As does Olise’s stat line from the game: five goal involvements,
including a hat-trick of assists. And he’s the youngest Bayern player to ever do it:
Via Squawka, as captured by @iMiaSanMia:
At 23 years and 345 days, Michael Olise is the youngest Bayern player to be involved in 5 goals in a Bundesliga game on record
He’s also the first Bayern player to get a hat-trick of assists and score multiple goals in a Bundesliga game across the last 10 seasons

This is some way to kick-start Olise’s 2025/26.
