Frog offense, which posted a .361 hitting percentage in a 27-25, 22-25, 25-15, 25-18 victory. Hendrix finished with a team-high 21 kills on a .429 clip, while Murphy added 15 kills on a .412 rate. TCU (17-7, 7-5 Big 12) will return to the court for a home match against the West Virginia Mountaineers on Sunday afternoon.
Outside hitter Becca Kelley chipped in 10 kills and eclipsed 500 kills for her career during Friday’s win over the Utes. Setters Ella Foti and Rosemary Archer combined for 47 assists, with Foti dishing out 31 assists while ending the match with 10 kills and a team-best 17 digs to earn a triple-double. Middle blockers Sarah Sylvester and Alexis Roberson united for 11 kills and six blocks to anchor the front-row defense for the Horned Frogs. Libero Alice Volpe recorded 15 digs for the Horned Frogs, who capitalized on 15 service errors by the Utah side.
