Pumas continued their undefeated run but also continued their streak of under performing at home with their tie against Leon. While Pumas bounced back from a poor 1st half where Leon had been clearly superior, they still didn’t give a great game. After defeating Tigres for the first time since 2014 in Monterrey, a lot was expected from Pumas and they failed to live up to those expectations. Pumas will have another home game when Liga MX returns to action a week later, when they host Santos in a another match where they will be favorites. Leon will be returning home where they will face a tough match against Tigres.
