Barcelona have been hit with some seriously bad injury news ahead of games against Real Sociedad and Paris Saint-Germain.
Goalkeeper Joan Garcia has suffered an injury in training and is set to miss the next few weeks, while Raphinha also has a problem that has forced him onto the sidelines.
According to Jijantes, both players will miss Barcelona next three games and will not appear again until after the international break.
Raphinha is said to have a hamstring problem, but there’s no detail yet on
why Garcia has been ruled out.
Wojciech Szczęsny now looks set to come into the starting XI and make his first appearance of the season after dropping down to a back-up role following Garcia’s arrival this summer.
Raphinha’s absence is another headache for Hansi Flick, although he will be able to call on Lamine Yamal once again. The teenager confirmed earlier today that’s ready to return after injury.
