What is the story about?
The Steelers have their WR2.
Per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, Pittsburgh is trading for Colts wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr.
The trade comes less than an hour after Indianapolis signed wide receiver Alec Pierce to a $29 million per year deal.
Pittman, 28, is coming off an 80-catch, 784-yard, seven-touchdown season in Indianapolis. He’s previously crossed the 1,000-yard season threshold twice in his career.
Pittman is in the last year
of his contract, with a $29 million cap hit for 2026 per Over the Cap.
