What is the story about?

Bayern Munich played out a 2-2 draw with Arsenal in the Champions League, an impressive result when you find out that the Bavarians were missing several key players. With their next Champions League match a must-win (and by extension the rest of the group phase games), the Bavarians visit SC Freiburg in the Bundesliga.

The team from the Black Forest were off to an impressive start to the season, only halted by a 2-1 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen last week. For them, this is the chance to climb higher

in the table. For Bayern, this is a chance to stamp their authority on the rest of the league.

Prediction

Bayern wins 2-1. Both teams will play high-intensity football, but Bayern will get the edge with goals from Kane and Olise. Another sloppy mistake will allow Freiburg to score a goal, but that’s all they will get.

It’s Bayern time.
