We enter the 4th quarter between the Cleveland Browns and New England Patriots in Week 8 of the 2025 NFL season. A win this week and the Browns stay alive in the AFC North “race” (the division has been
pretty bad). A loss this week, and Cleveland enters the bye week with more questions about the NFL trade deadline and the 2026 NFL draft than anything else.
The Patriots have a chance to stay near the top of the AFC, just one game back of the top seed in the conference, with a victory in Week 8. A loss muddies the water within the AFC East and the conference as a whole for New England.
